Here’s how the Opteum Five-Star Experience will help put you at ease and in control:

A Personal Mortgage Team: Your Opteum team consists of five mortgage professionals who are empowered to communicate with you and make decisions. So you’ll never have trouble finding a real person to talk to or getting timely, accurate information. You only have two hands, but you’ll have an entire team holding them.

Fast Approval: In most cases, your team will provide a loan decision within 72 hours. They are committed to providing the right mortgage solution for you with a quick turnaround.

Exclusive Loan Tracker Technology: Opteum’s innovative Loan Tracker technology allows you to apply online and check your loan status at any time.

Communication: Excellent communication is the only way to help prevent surprises at closing, and that’s what you’ll get from Opteum through our communications credo:

  • We will explain which costs on your Good Faith Estimate are fixed and which are variable.
  • We will explain what each and every cost is for. For those that might change later, we will explain why and by approximately how much.
  • If any of your variable costs do change, we will explain the changes within a 24-hour period.
  • As closing approaches, your team will present your final closing costs, verify that any changes have been explained to your satisfaction and confirm closing date, place and time.
  • In cases where there is a possibility your closing may be negatively impacted at the last minute (e.g. unexpected costs or delays) – even if it is due to circumstances beyond Opteum’s control (e.g. appraiser, attorney, termite letter) – your team will communicate those possibilities to you prior to closing so that you are not caught by surprise.

Our Promise: Within 30 days after you close, if you believe that we did not provide you with a Five-Star Experience, simply contact our Customer Service Department and claim your $500. That’s our promise.
